How to read more than 7000 newspapers and magazines from all over the world

Moravian-Silesian Research Library in Ostrava recently got an online access for all its registered users to the database PressReader. This database allows a remote access to various magazines and newspapers in various languages from all over the world.

For access to this amazing tool, you need to take only two steps:

Step 1 – Register with the library (or renew the registration)

• PressReader is an online database – it is necessary to use personal login and password to get in. If you are not a registered member, you might come to the library in person or you can pre-register online (after pre-registration you will get the access to all electronic resources). Step 2 – Log into the database

• At library web pages, there is a login box within the PressReader description.
• Fill out your library ID and password you chose during the registration process.
• And there you go! Now you have the remote access to more than 7000 titles.
